My old HVAC company was bought out by FHFurr. I had an awful experience. My scheduled appointment was 5 hours late.
I was never called about a delay and had to call several times. Finally tech arrived and tried to sell me products that I do not need or want. He was rather insistent. I cancelled my preventative maintenance program and told a manager about my experience. It took a week with multiple calls to get my refund. Don't be scammed by big companies!

Order was a nightmare. They set delivery date 5 days beyond when I wanted/ordered. Would never use them again
