I ordered 2 Lucas the Spiders and guaranteed delivery end of October/ early November to Australia. They are for 2 special needs children for Christmas. I have contacted Customer service 5 times with no response. It has totally ruined Christmas for these kids now. I hope they are happy NOT. It has also cost me over $70 which is a HUGE amount for my family. Absolutely disgusted.

Originally, the pre-order requests that were accepted until late June were to be shipping as of the end of October, however, we experienced many frustrating delays. We finally received several thousand Plushies in our facility as of November 26,2018.
