We had damaged a wheel on our car on a hazard in a construction zone. We had shopped locally and the prices were so very high. We found the website for Original Wheels and they had a used wheel that matched the ones on our car. The replacement was in great condition and we received the wheel very quickly. Highly recommend.
We have had a terrible problem trying to get our ABS fixed (computer module) and sent it to them for repair. My brother had used them in the past with success. Unfortunately, when they fixed it and returned it to us there was still a problem. Since we live nowhere close and they felt it would likely not be possible to track down the problem without the car actually there, they offered to refund the charge and we accepted. We still don't have the repair done, but we appreciate so much their honesty. Thanks, guys!

This was an item for repair. So on the question about free shipping it is complicated. I paid to ship it to them, and they worked on the problem. They paid to ship it back to me, but when the item still did not work when put back in my vehicle, they offered me a full refund, or said I could return it for a second repair opportunity. I chose the refund. Since they had paid to ship it back to me, and since they gave me a full refund, they actually lost money on this deal. So these are honest folks, which is the point of my review.
