ENTICING CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS, USING FALSE INFORMATION
I was told by a chat agent that I could have a price promise refund of 105 euros. All I had to do was contact Amazon wheb I received my Ipad. I did this, and 8 chat agents later, and over 1 hour later, I was told this was not possible. I have a full transcript of the agent telling me I could do this. In my opion it is fraudulent to sell goods online by making false promises. Here is a copy and paste of my conversation:
