My bike was delivered broken. Sears says the merchant must refund and send free return. For one week I have been given the runaround with emails asking for photos, videos, "do not worry" "don't understand problem" and nothing regarding my money back and return. Sears promises to make it better. Still waiting for that. Chase Visa will give me my money back after 15 days. I've spend 12 hours trying to fix it and videoing. Chase is my best bet. 8 days to go. My God, do not buy from them and be aware that you are NOT buying from Sears
