I bought an electronic component from
Shenzhen Woke Trading Co., LTD (ICChips).
The component (FT232RL) was unusable as it was just an empty shell not "preprogrammed" as it shall be delivered. A puzzle they deliver shell components and tell afterward this! If their item is odd from standard items please inform about that! I have been in contact with them without any success in money and components back.
