Purchased a new eterna watch arrived damaged they did not offer a refund but told me to have it fixed at local jewellers the repair came to £81 GBP of which they would refund $50 dollars max £40 GBP.
Also watch has no warranty
I will never buy from them again you have been warned...

Apart from your Ashford.com warranty for international customers, we will reimburse you up to a certain amount for the repair alone based on the price of the item and generally prices on how much it cost to do the servicing. We cannot take into consideration Taxes or extra services that may be provided during the repair.
