Purchased 2nd unit from them after 1st unit failed outside warranty. They offered me 20% discount on 2nd unit purchased on 02/06/2022 and now this unit has failed in warrant they are telling me my warrant is backdated to purchase date of 1st unit so apparently my warranty expired in November 2022 because they gave me a discount on my second unit. Very dishonest company. Stay away. Photo of email attached.
