The product was shipped with UPS and then via local post. The tracking number was incorrect and no forwarding address or contact details were left with the final shipper. Customer support told me to once again use the incorrect tracking number and were not at all supportive. Much time spent trying to trck the parcel myself. Strongly recommend to use an alternate comnpany.
Tip for consumers: Package not received more than 2 weeks after final shipping date given.
