I have called balance of about 7K in my portfolio but Braxton will not allow me to withdraw funds. They want me to deposit more funds to be elevated to higher account level which would cost another 9 or 10K. They say this is outlined in their rules although I cannot find where. I wonder if those giving positive reviews have ever tried to withdraw a significant amount of funds.
