I gave Exoticca a trip deposit over $1500, and after supposedly confirming my reservation, and after clearing my work for my vacation, about two weeks before the departure date, Exoticca canceled everything for me without my approval and kept my entire deposit. No vacation, no refund, no service.

Unfortunately, the transactional type selected to pay was too slow to meet the payment deadline. Exoticca reached out to communicate this issue and did not receive a response.
As a gesture of goodwill, Exoticca generously extended the cancellation date. Unfortunately, the contractual payment deadline was not met, and Exoticca was forced to cancel the booking as per our Terms and Conditions.
