Blue Royal provides no address on its website, nor do they provide a business number or a license number. I was referred to a person described as the Chief Trading Officer of Blue Royal. When I asked him to formally or officially identify himself in some way he wouldn't. When I complained about the service of Blue Royal he wrote in an email to me that my complaints were "boring", showing no professionalism of any type.
