Zero transparency and zero professionalism. Blue Royal wants a potential client to verify who they are before they can open an account by giving a photo of their driver's license, but Blue Royal does not provide any verification of who it is. Blue Royal provides no address on its website, nor do they provide a business number or a license number. I was referred to a person described as the Chief Trading Officer of Blue Royal. When I asked him to formally or officially identify himself in some way he wouldn't. When I complained about the service of Blue Royal he wrote in an email to me that my complaints were "boring", showing no professionalism of any type.

I like the user interface and extensive information shown. Only forecasts up to 5 days maximum, but beyond a 3 day forecast and it often gets to be guess work anyway.

Excellent software. Very reliable weather forecasting up to about 3 days ahead. During the day it seems reliable for weather forecasting almost to the hour.
