Nathan Lam and cutmedia.com recently contracted me to do some freelance work for them. After I delivered my output they informed me that it was incorrect because they had bungled the specs. Rather than apologize for giving me bad specs or offering to reimburse me for wasted time, they treated me rudely and demanded that I do it over for free. Avoid working with Nathan Lam and cutmedia.com if you can.
