It started off by them getting me started on my exam over an hour late. Once the proctor finally showed up and I showed them my my space and got the all clear to go ahead and start the test it was already nearly 10:00 at night. As I completed the test 45 minutes early it continued feeding me questions, which I'm assuming the proctor should set turn off or something. It was clear I was not being monitored in the slightest. I messaged the proctor and let them know that I had done full105 questions and then some and I was finished. Well what happened at that point was they became unresponsive, froze my screen, and made me call into tech support to find out what was going on. We waited and waited for them to come back on the screen and they finally did, BUT only long enough for me to submit my test and say yes that I wanted to take a survey. As soon as I clicked those buttons it went back to my proctor pausing my exam. Again, this is all after I was complete. At that point I waited and waited and waited for something to happen to make sure that my exam went through and that everything was all set for me and I wasn't going to have to do this again cause I know that I killed on that test. Well, I call tech support again and their instruction to me that time was to refresh the screen (since it's their browser it's really the only thing that you can do there's not even a chat button) which ended up taking me back to square one where they were supposed to check me in as if I had never taken the exam at all. Well I lost it! I cried and cried and spent the next 2 hours on the computer talking with different people from tech support at the same time being on the phone with them having to explain the situation to one person after the next after the next before they would just transfer me to anyone from customer service. I was on hold for customer service until 12:45 a.m. no one ever picked up. I sat and sobbed and sobbed just constantly checking my email desperately waiting to see that they got my test and that I wasn't going to have to go through this hell again because, I have an amazing job I just have to have the certification to keep it. So my honest experience of this company is that they do not care. They are unorganized. Completely unprofessional, and do not want you to succeed in the slightest. All that means is more money for them if you have to retake the test because they lost it. How do you lose something digital on a server after someone hit submit and you hire a person to literally sit there and stare at you for 2 hours and record you taking a test how does that get lost?!? Chances are I'm going to have to retake the test again for the third time because they lost it even though it WAS submitted, and pay them even more money. Stay away from this company at all costs! Ask your employer if there is another testing company that you can use other than this one. If you are not doing this for a specific company then go somewhere else and get your certificates or licenses or whatever you need anywhere but here because this place will not give you what you want or need! It is such a joke! ZERO STARS!
