I purchased a netTalk dou June 2013 and the product had some issues right off. It would not hookup so I need to talk customer service No help, so they past me onto Tech support after a couple of hours of they got the phone up and running. For the next couple of months had no problems with there service after 6 months the phone stopped receiving any incoming call and it's been a nightmare since. You go on netTALK website support you never get to talk to a service agent after 30 online waiting to message each other you get booted of there site tell you an agent is unavailable and leave a message. So you leave a message and they e-mail you back with a ticket# such as ticket# PTO-211-******* and repeats the message you left that states the problem and the put down as normal not urgent. So I wait and wait nothing happens. I have been online with no response and have over 40 tickets open with no response but the automatic response. I haven't talk to anyone there, there no contact number to talk to someone you can't call and the problem has not been fix for over 6 months I have given them my cell number every time I message them. There just no customer service or contact information I tried to phone head office just an automated service with no contact info just to there website. Now I get a renewal message and thery haven't fix the 6 month problem I figure they owe me 6 months of netTALK for free but it's not free and some kind of compensation for all the hours I have spent online trying to get this company to fix there problem from there end.
