I have been a customer for over 26 years. I wanted to upgrade or trade in the phone. They send me messages that I could trade in my phone but when I try to they say that I can't unless I pay off fully the phone that I'm currently on if that's the case, then added to my bill, don't say I can trade in the phone and go back on your work that is false advertisement they have the worst customer service they don't care about you even if you've been a customer for 26 years the phone that I do have is the worst phone you could ever have and also when you do wanna make a trade-in when they say you can make the trade-in not only do you have to pay for the phone completely off that you have they want to charge you extra charges for other things no considering I have been there so long, don't you think they would just add it to my bill let me upgrade my phone it's that simple and the other thing is, they will not let you do it online. You have to go to a store well what if you can't get to a store how does that work? I don't consider that helping your customers I consider that using your customers and abusing your customers. What kind of company sends false advertisement to you saying you can do one thing then when you contact them, they completely take it back the worst company you could ever go to I would not recommend Xfinity.
