I won a bid for a black and decker 2 in 1 Edger and Trencher. My winning bid was $77.00. I picked it up in Monroeville and brought it home and assembled it and to my surprise it did not work. I call customer service and it took 3 days to return my call. Guess what? She told me I bought it "as is". Tuff luck you own a broken edger. I was so pissed I took it to the Monroeville store and approached the manager, " Mack", not a nice man. He didn't want to hear anything I was saying. He said if i bought a used cars as is tuff luck, you own it. All I wanted was a credit and I would of purchased something else. He also told me I should of tested it before I left the store. This was only my second purchased from them. Who carries tools and electric cords with them. They never mentioned to me at the store to test it. This will be my last purchase from Mac.Bid. Feel like I bought something from DJT
