I purchased a large number of items for my new pup. Based on estimated delivery, the items should have been here Wednesday- three days before I picked him up.
After placing the order the estimated delivery changed thursday - still fair enough, as long as they arrived in time. There was then no movement on my tracking for 3 days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't make contact until Thursday (after I received a new estimated delivery of the following Monday). I was assured my items would be there Friday and the blame was put to the courier - clearly not the case considering items weren't ready for courier until the day they should have been arriving at my house.
Long story short - my items took over a week to arrive when I was given an estimated time of 3 days. Very little sympathy and kept getting palmed off when I expressed my dissatisfaction.
