Little boy with girly braids was cursing and pouting, wouldn't help customers. Another boy with red braids was playing a very loud conversation on his phones speaker with f-bomb being yelled so all could hear! Manager, in the middle of a work day,could not be located or reached by phone. The place was a zoo, waited 20 minutes before someone showed up and reservation was unavailable! Will be using Penske next time!
