Actually, I'm not afraid to be trading via a broker that is registered in the offshore zone. I've been trading with DotBig for over a year and over this period I haven't seen any clues that this company might be unsafe. Agreement for traders is clear, withdrawals are executed, and verification is appropriate. No concerns about safety so far.
