I agree on everything ppl writing about this company. I'm Amazon seller for 15 years. I was promise ungating process for big brand names and never happened. They take you money and disappear. If you call them for questions they don't have an answer and telling you to wait. After i pay they never sent me the contract with all the things i was promised they would do. The sales rep telling you what you will get like all the fake promises they show in the ads around the internet and you have to pay first to receive the contract agreement but after you pay they only sent you a service agreement that you agree to pay them the money yearly and nothing else they promised on the phone and in the ads.
I was told that my amazon account ( established account selling on amazon for 15 years) would be fast and product will be shipped in 2 week so i sent them additional $5000 to ship inventory and they never shipped the product they told me they would ship. They shipped 10 units worth 100 dollar and never replenish those after 45 days they were sold. The team that suppose to manage you account cannot be contacted par phone and they also wont tell you their email. So there is no way you can contact the team that suppose to work on your account. This is a scam don't give them your money. Watch the video i posted below
