I was a loyal Flattered costumer despite being scammed by the brand. This is the third time that I am dealing with the same problem. I do my purchase and no order number, no costumer account, nothing.
I've contacted to Flattered they told me that Klarna is the responsible. Here's the automated response below. And Klarna is deep dark hole you canny reach out anybody. Who is going to refund my money?
