I have used proflowers multiple times and always been pleased thus 2 stars. This time the order was placed on 5-31 with a birthday delivery scheduled on 6-3. I called at 4 pm because it had not yet arrived and was told no problem - it will be delivered. Then got a voicemail at 5 pm and upon returning the call was told the florist did not deliver to the area. Major disappointment and totally blew the birthday delivery. Bad Bad. They are going to deliver tomorrow and made a partial refund but will see if that happens. Should not have waited until the last minute on this ProFlowers. Will give them another chance if they deliver tomorrow.
