Do NOT get the products from Nutrisystem.
I was hoping to get more meats and vegetables as I am gluten intolerant.
EVERYTHING has wheat and flour in it.
When I tried to return the non-refrigerated items, as I'd tried to make it work, they said NO, they would not take them back as I'd eaten a few of the tthingsI GAINED WEIGHT! I got sick, but they didn't care!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT buy the Nutrisystem plan!
Products used:
2 days on the plan—2 breakfast items 4 snack items, 2 lunch items, 2 dinner items.
