Recently, I purchased a pair of sandals that were to big for the person they were intended for. 3 days after delivery I tried to start the Shopee return process, but could not find out how. Having received the product I clicked on the 'received' icon, thinking this was the first step. The I contacted the seller (Nuan-) who said I could not return the product because I had clicked the received icon. After I typed a negative review of the seller (Nuan-). They offered to change sizes, I agreed. Then they refused because of the review. Tried to contact Shopee but the published # was not in operation. By email Shopee keeps repeating to contact the seller first. Very frustrating. No resolution yet.
