Don't care about the customers and won't even try to help, specifically Kai - unhelpful and doesn't care.
What an awful company. Full on scam vibes. I ordered an assignment which was part of a larger research project - they did the whole thing wrong and won't refund me, even though they admitted it was done wrong. Do not trust this service. The assignment they delivered was written in odd language - definitely not university level. This is the worst service regarding assignment help out there and their customer service is really bad. I was assured I'd get a refund over the chat option and then they went back on it - a complete mess.
What an absolute mess. Completely incompetent customer service representatives. Lack of proper infrastructure to even handle customers. Maybe before entering the Canadian market they should have fixed themselves up rather than speeding themselves even more thinly. I am completely dumbfounded how anyone uses this platform.
Now they don't even have free international shipping. Its important to know that Okvit charges more than retail price per item for example I want a cardigan that's 250$ on Okvit but only 170 on the actual brand's website, it was worth it to have free shipping and usually they have a 20% or discount code. But now there is no reason to use this site at all. Its much easier to just get a shipping address in Korea and use a forward shipping service.
They have a lot of hidden fees, I spent a lot of money to get free shipping and then they still wanted me to pay for extra shipping after I already paid for my order. They have hidden fees to return items, to cancel order, etc. Its not worth it, when I spend 300$ for free shipping - I expect free shipping. Also they take forever to respond to customers. I won't be ordering with them again. A lot of the items I ordered could have been ordered from the stores directly and I wish I went that route instead.
Tip for consumers:
Free shipping is a scam, they'll make you spend a minimum to get free shipping and then still charge you for shipping once your order is placed.
Aritzia used to ship with Canada Post which was perfect. Now, shipments take a really long time and fedex just leaves packages at your door without even knocking. It's the worst delivery company ever so I don't understand why aritzia picked them. Considering that nothing is ever available in store except for the basic TNA stuff - you have to shop online. I definitely won't be ordering again because fedex is not good.
