We really had a very bad experience when we lodged our complaint for service of our A/c on 29th of March 2017. Even after many follow ups no one turned up to attend the complaint. The service is very very poor. I would suggest u to prefer some good brand over Koryo. How can we expect a person not coming for 9 days.
We also have A/c's of Samsung in the same office & called them on the same date. They sent the person with 24 hours & also the service charges are much lesser than Koryo.
