I have applied for pan card 6 months ago. They took a service charge of Rs. 379 which is high compared to nominal value. Inspite paying high fees, I am not getting proper service. Worst customer service. Never seen such an awful service anywhere. The lady who is customer support spoke to me was irritating. When I am explaining the problem from my side, she is not even ready to hear my points completely impatient. I am paying to them for service and they are dominating me and expecting me to beg to them for service. Now they are asking me to apply pan card by myself and they are not ready to refund my amount also. Horrible one. Even if you write complaint also, they won't respond immediately. They will order us to do all the work for getting pan card. I don't know how they are going to succeed by taking such cursing from customers. I have to give 0 star rating for this. Still waiting for the reply.
