TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered an outfit 2 months prior to an event that I had and delayed my order for over a month last year. Tried to cancel my order, which they refused to do so, had to spend another $300 to purchase a last minute outfit from somewhere else cause Pernia could not deliver on time and didn't even bother giving a heads up that my order would be delayed until I asked "WHERE IS MY ORDER." The rep Allan (apparently a manager) told me I could not cancel my order and get a refund and that he would give me a $110 credit for my next order so I took it. The next time I tried to place an order using that credit,I sent a screenshot of Allan giving me that credit, but they refused and told me that it was a mistake. This was Kunal. Allan did not want to speak to me and Kunal stopped responding. They are liars and cause inconveniences. Do not rely on this business for any of your events. Customer service is a skill that none of their reps have. Seems like they just hire anyone.
