If I could give 0 stars I would. Chances are...if you are looking up reviews about this company then stick with your gut about them. They are thieves!
For starters I had no idea this company is most likely China based. They had me fooled, had I known, I would not have ordered.
Here's my situation and I am spreading the word here and many other sites because I hope I can help others from this fraudulent company.
I placed an order for 3 items on 11/16/2023. About a week later, I received an email stating that 2 out of 3 of the items I ordered were backordered. Would I like 1 item shipped and the other 2 to be shipped once they come in or ship all 3 together once the other 2 arrive? So I chose the option to ship the 1 item they had in stock first. The package arrived on 12/2/2023 (About 3 weeks later).
I did not like the bodysuit that I ordered. It did look exactly like the picture on the website. However the material was very odd. Upon trying it on, the way the stitches laid with the material looked like I had a scuba-diving one piece on. Lol It did not look flattering at all. I decided to process a return on 12/3/2023. To make a return, you have to go to their website, scroll down to "Returns and Exchange Policy" and hit "Start a Return". Once you do that you answer a few questions and have to wait for customer service to email you further information. (Now here is where the sketchy part begins) I received an email, the same day 12/2/2023 with the return address. That states the following:

So I did as they requested. I took a picture of the receipt (I paid $28.85 out of pocket), customs declaration form from the postal service, and a photo of the package as well. The item I returned costs $99.28. So at this point I'm technically out $128.13. Upon tracking the package, customs received it on 12/20/2023. Being that it's around the holiday I waited to contact them. I heard nothing back from the company so I reached out on 1/1/2024. They replied to my email on 1/4/2024 and said the package was being returned to me because for some reason customs wouldn't release the package to them. They said they would send me a prepaid shipping label so I waited. At this point I was nervous so I asked them to cancel the other 2 items that were backordered. They did refund me for the 2 items that were backordered and not shipped immediately. Moving forward, we just have this one item left to handle. As I patiently wait for my package to come back to me, I track it again and the package is still being held at customs. It was not coming back to me as that rep mentioned. It is now 1/15/2024 I attempt to email from the same email thread and told them the package is not coming back to me and that they needed to pick up the parcel that is at customs waiting for them. They now tell me that customs wants $19.87 for them to collect their parcel and want me to be responsible for that charge. I replied back with this not being okay at all. At this point, I told them I would contact my credit card company and open a dispute. Then they said as goodwill they would retrieve their package, give me a refund and then give me a gift card code of $50 to use for future purchases, as long as I cancel the chargeback. From then on, I said ok once I see the credit back to my statement I will cancel it. On 2/21/2024 I sent an email with a screenshot showing the credit dispute in the amount of $79.41 instead of $99.28 as originally disputed and if they could send me my $50 gift card code. No response. I attempted to email again on 2/22/2024 and they said they will get back to me. On 2/23/2024 (today) I received an email stating that they would NOT send me anything because I made a chargeback dispute because the bank charged them $20 for that. So now after all is said and done, they have their item back and I am left with a refund of $48.72 out of the $99.28 spent. Lol Now at this point I have emailed them back and expressed how unprofessional it is on how they run their business. This is NOT ok, nor fair to the customer. Even if you company were to honor the $50 eventually I wouldn't even use it. I would not give you a single penny of my hard earned money! Not to a company that wants to rob others and continuously lie to the customer. This is what I get for ordering from a company I didn't know that does returns like this! Mark my words, if you need to return something to this company, it's a complete waste of time, effort and energy! You might as well keep your item and resell it on Posh, Mercari, or Ebay for a lesser amount than you paid for. But you would end up with more than what this fraudulent return policy offers. I truly hope no one else goes through what I went through. Companies like this should not be able to do business within the US due to its sheisty return policy/customer service. I will be writing this exact review on other sites to spread awareness! Everything I have taken the time to write is 100% the truth and my own experience. Shop at your own risk! Karma will come back to the owner of this company and to those who work for this company.
