Order placed nothing received after nearly three weeks.
I placed an order with ChemistDirect on the 6th November 2020. On the 11th November 2020 I received an email from Hermes stating they were waiting to receive my order.
On the 14th November 2020, as I had nothing from ChemistDirect or Hermes, I contacted ChemistDirect. On the 16th November 2020 ChemistDirect stated I should wait longer and then they can look into giving me a refund?
This would be a refund for nothing received, after waiting nearly three weeks, nothing received by their chosen courier, Hermes, no initiated contact by ChemistDirect to me in the first instance to explain of the delay - no explanation or apology.
If this is not resolved forthwith I will dispute the credit card transaction with the credit card company and refuse to pay.
I would not recommend this company and will not use again.
