I have been trying to submit a ticket all weekend, and it has been giving me the "Network congestion, please try again later" error. I was excited to order my new items. I received my items on 5/17/19. I was surprisingly disappointed about some items I received. Item (PG*******) the chains were hanging off by a thin string. 2 chains fell off of the string they were on. I would need to have another pair sent where the string it firmly attached. Item (YQ*******002) was extremely oversized. I would need to have the item in a medium size. Item (GQ*******611) was extremely too small. I would need to have this item in a XL size. Item (ZH*******) was saggy everywhere, and it was not form fitting as the item looks. I would like to have a refund on this item. Item (HG*******118) was not remotely close to what I ordered. I would prefer a refund for this item.
