Unacceptable Customer Service! I submitted an order on 5/10, and they still haven't shipped me my sandals. I received an email saying it was partially shipped, but you can't track the order from their site. It gives you an error message "Hmmm can't reach this page". Terrible service after spending your money.

I have been trying to submit a ticket all weekend, and it has been giving me the "Network congestion, please try again later" error. I was excited to order my new items. I received my items on 5/17/19. I was surprisingly disappointed about some items I received. Item (PG*******) the chains were hanging off by a thin string. 2 chains fell off of the string they were on. I would need to have another pair sent where the string it firmly attached. Item (YQ*******002) was extremely oversized. I would need to have the item in a medium size. Item (GQ*******611) was extremely too small. I would need to have this item in a XL size. Item (ZH*******) was saggy everywhere, and it was not form fitting as the item looks. I would like to have a refund on this item. Item (HG*******118) was not remotely close to what I ordered. I would prefer a refund for this item.
