I have shopped with Eloquii a handful of times but that comes to an end today. I received a dress that was too big and the fabric was some of the scratchiest I've ever come across. Eloquii did not send me an email confirmation of my order. After calling customer service, I was assured the order was placed and that I would receive an email confirmation when it shipped. Again, I did not receive that either. I did receive an email after it was delivered. Then I had to go about figuring out how to return the item which was not straightforward, so again I called customer service. The "365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day" touted line was "not open." So I called again on a weekday and they helped me with the return.
Here's the caveat: there is no way for you to receive a full refund unless you choose the gift card option. I wanted the money returned to my card. If you choose that option, they charge you $10.99. That was more than my shipping was at $7.99, so at this rate I lost money on this transaction by shopping with Eloquii. After speaking with customer service and complaining about this, I was assured I would hear back from them within 24-48 hours--again, they did not live up to their word.
It's disappointing because I do think they generally (though not in this case) have good quality clothes. Due to their customer service (or complete lack thereof I should say) and the fact that shopping their return policy is bullocks and costing me money when I am not receiving any product, I will no longer be visiting any Eloquii website ever again.
