All this company does is lie. They say you'll get your cap and gown or any other graduation regalia you ordered in a few weeks but then after waiting 2 months you're still left wondering where it is…even though their emails claim that "your delivery information is updated", there's NO updates. All it says is "in progress". Not to mention that theres NO customer service representatives to talk to and if there are, you wait 3+ hours to MAYBE talk to someone. This company doesn't care about students like they claim to because if they did, they would send the correct orders ON TIME and be more transparent about whatever is really going on. All they care about is taking your money.
