I have been getting accustomed to receiving poor customer service these days (due to the pandemic and its ill-effects); when I reached out to QR Stuff for assistance, my expectations were not very high. The issue was time sensitive and connected to a fundraiser to help people in Uganda. I sent the customer service department an email asking for help with a complicated issue and within hours, a customer service representative named Annette responded and fixed my issue! She was professional, efficient, and kind. I have dealt with QR Stuff for a year now and all of my experiences have been positive.
