Only after booking and paying the initial rent for an apartment I could have more real information about the room I had just booked and realised it did not meet what I could expect from the description provided in the website.
I tried to explain it to the erasmusu team and got ignored with no replies for several weeks from the agents. Finally I got some answer but it had to be me taking care of everything, managing the situation with the landlord. Luckily, the landlord was an integer person so I could have back part of my money. However, the 140 euros for the erasmusu fee was not refunded to me.
Honestly, if you can find rooms via another website, I advise you to do that. Inform yourself as best as possible and if you want to go with erasmusu, be sure about the conditions of the room you're booking.

Erasmusu has proceeded with the refund of the first month's rent as the tenant has agreed on the cancellation with the landlord.
Erasmusu cannot be responsible if the landlord's conditions were not accepted, but the landlord has agreed to make the refund to you anyway, he is a verified landlord and we have worked with him before, without any incidence.
We always suggest to all the users to read the information and terms of use before booking.
The service fee cannot be refunded as the booking with Ersmusu was successful and the service was provided.
