My ex-wife was helped by a staff member to select the rims for my daughters birthday. The rims were delivered to the wrong house, I am willing to say that is the only thing that is not their fault, but it was a sign of things to come. When we tried one of the rims, it was the wrong size. Starting the process to return the rims was a headache, but after a few weeks, I was able to send them back, at my own expense. With the discount to have the tires mailed to me, it was $100.00. Without the discount it cost me $400.00 to send them back. They were sent back 01/12/2024 and they confirmed they got them. 3 of the rims were never taken out of the box and I still haven't received a refund. If I get a refund, I am out $500.00, no rims and my daughter doesn't get her birthday present. I will never use Vivid racing again.

I just wanted these rims for my daughters birthday. The rims were sent to the wrong house and I got in a fight with my neighbor because they were sent to his house and not mine. Once I pointed out they were pink rims and asked if he really wanted to put those on his car, he let me take the products. They were the wrong size. We are sorry to hear about this however we show this order was placed online. Our website is not able to sort wheels based on year, make and model as research must be done to confirm the correct size, bolt pattern and offset needed. We show the return was just received on the 16th and is pending refund as the wheels were inspected first and are good.
