I made the mistake of sending my Cartier frames to Lensabl. I checked right after the tracking site showed a delivered status and reached out to them. Got a response 3 days later that the frames were LOST. After multiple emails and threatening legal action they were magically found. I kept checking on the status of the order and got an email today that they BROKE the frames while adding lenses. Never in 30 years of wearing glasses have I had a company break frames. I will be pursuing legal action if my frames are not replaced but please avoid this company at all costs.
