If you call up Kri$#*!itool customer care to enquire little more abt their product spec they answer you in arrogant style. They inform caller to find his/her querie's answer on his /her own way. From my conversation with their customer care personnel i realized that they just want to sell their product n forget about support. Had i purchased machine from them i would have been in loss if product had some issue. Thanks to customer care Lady who spoke arrogantly with me.
