I purchased one Glucometer model number 9001 directly from Dr Trust site vide invoice number Drtrustin11 6869 dated 3rd June 2021, order number ******* dt. 2nd June 2021. The material was received on 5th June 2021 and on 6th June 2021. I tried to activate the unit by inserting batteries and followed the procedure laid down in the User's Manual. The device was not getting "ON" although I tried a lot. On 6th June 2021 I intimated Dr Trust customer care about the non-functioning of the unit via E-mail. Very promptly I got the message from Dr Trust customer care dated 6th and 7th June 2021 to share the desired in formation on their WhatsApp number, like copy of invoice, serial number of the device with photo and video of the defective device. Accordingly I shared the details.

In this regard I was in continuous touch with customer care of Dr Trust on WhatsApp and E-mails but nothing fruitful happened. So on 15th June 2021 I requested customer care to give me the mail ID of their CEO Mr Aryan Goyal or MD Mr Saurabh Goyal or Marketing Director Mr Rohit Saini to apprise about the product to them as no fruitful solution was given by Customer Care. I was aware that Customer Care will not provide any of these details. Somehow I was able to get the Twitter account of Mr Rohit Saini and apprised the status of defective device. To my great surprise I got WhatsApp message dt. 15th June 2021 to send the material at my own cost to their Service Centre and they also showed there Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Warranty terms and conditions means while using the product which was received in good working condition gets defective during Warranty period. Since I received the NON-WORKING(DEFECTIVE) PRODUCT so what's my fault to send the material at my own cost.

From time to time I Twitted Mr Rohit Saini also but in vain. After purchasing the product at least from Dr Trust site, they treat the Customer is just like a BEGGAR. On 21st June 2021 I send the product to their Service Centre at my own cost. On 26th June 2021 I got the message that my area pin code-******* is not serviceable. On 29th June 2021 I thought of testing whether my pin code is serviceable or not I just entered Oximeter for the procurement and surprised that Dr Trust site accepted my pin code. Although I did not proceed for the payment and the screenshot was also shared with Customer Care that your site is still accepting my pin code.

Since the nothing has happened. Purchasing / Replacement of Dr. Trust material from Amazon is Very easy as Dr Trust has to work at the Terms & Conditions of Amazon. And the Customers who are purchasing Directly from Dr Trust site are being governed by their DICTATORSHIP. Very Bad Experience of DR Trust.

Dr Trust should be rechristened as Dr Dis-Trust.

Tip for consumers:
Better to purchase from Amazon as Dr Trust has to work with terms and conditions of Amazon. If purchased directly then their Terms and conditions are like a DICTATOR. AWFUL experience.
