On December 15th, 2022, my wife and I ordered updated passports. I chose to use Rush My Passport. My wife ordered directly from the Department of State. My wife's passport arrived two weeks before mine. So, In essence, I paid over $200 for a slower response time?!
From my experience, I cannot recommend Rush My Passport. I recommend going directly to the federal government (I can't believe I am saying this).
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Rush My Passport. Save your money and go directly to the Department of State for a passport renewal.
