Ordered things from Shein company they had an old address. They shipped it there although I was telling them in a chat (only way to communicate with them) wrong address. They told me to call fedex. FedEx stated they couldn't change the delivery address the send company had to? And then I need to call back because they couldn't put a hold on it so I couldn't pick it up from fedex. Really fedex is this how you work also? Long story short I advise never order from Shein and don't have fedex to deliver because as a customer service company they also are the pits!
