Unfortunately, my experience with this jewelry company was extremely disappointing. The ring I purchased came with noticeable defects in the cut of the stone, which immediately caught my eye. The promised quality did not correspond to reality, and the customer service left much to be desired - there was virtually no response to my requests to return the goods. Such an attitude and poor product quality are inappropriate for a jewelry brand that claims to have high standards.

Always check reviews of the jewelry company before buying.
When you receive your jewelry, inspect it carefully for defects.
Make sure that the company has a clear return and exchange policy.
If possible, store at stores where you can personally evaluate the quality of the jewelry.
