I bought a size 8 gown in June 2001 for my daughters upcoming wedding. Realizing in September that I would probably need a 10, but it wasn't available on the website, I ordered a 12 to have it altered. I sent back the 8 (which was outside of the 30 day exchange window) but requested they use my in-store credit and apply it to the new size I wanted to keep. They would not refund my latest purchase, apply the funds from my June 2001 purchase without me returning both dresses. I emailed and called several times and they were basically asking me to pay double the price for the dress unless I returned it. Now, I have my in-store credit, but the size 12 is not available for purchase. I LOVED THIS DRESS and so did my daughter. Now I am stuck with $300+ credit, and no dress. All they had to do was apply the in-store credit without me returning the dress. I'm so upset. I personally will never shop here again or buy this brand due to this truly disappointing exchange with them.
