Can't even use their web site to determine availability at any of their participating hotels, as their web site doesn't function at all (just spins and spins)... avoid at all costs!

We understand that you are having an issue with the Hotel and Resort Card web site.
We have tested our site and it works fine.
1. The first thing you need to do is enter the location AND Check in and Check out dates. WAIT A FEW SECONDS BEFORE YOU CLICK SEARCH.
2. IN THE EVENT THE PRECEDING SUGGESTION DOES NOT WORK: Clear the history in your browser and reboot your devise. If you are on a smart phone try turning it off and back on.
If you are trying to make a reservation on GOOGLE it will not work. GOOGLE is a search engine not a Browser, we recommended Browsers; Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Windows, etc.
