Too much to navigate - could not get basic blind into shopping cart. Took 4 tries of re-entering order.
At St. Louis airport's Avis/Budget rental desk the lines snake thru the lobby & out into the parking lot. Agents show no urgency, are surly. Took 2 hours to get a car that was reserved months ago.
