Before you read, the only thing that is going help you is FILE DISPUTE/CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THWY WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
Worst third party online site to book ticket from. Why you should NEVER book from them:
1) They have $100 fine for international & $250 fine for domestic cancellation charge even within 24 hours of booking. By law it should be FREE. Every other airlines offers 100% free cancellation within 24 hours of booking.
2) UPDATE: They charged me $110 for travel insurance and they DO NOT allow to reschedule your trip even ONE TIME. If you want to reschedule again, they make you pay $110 again for another travel insurance. Given the unprecedented times, people may have to reschedule their flight. The worst part is that even if the airlines reschedule your flight, OOJO will charge you $250 re-booking fee in addition to any fare difference.
3) Basically their travel insurance is not listed on their website because they don't cover anything additional to what the airlines already covers. It is a rip-off. Their representative is not aware what it covers and what it doesn't cover, basically a waste of money.
4) Yes, you May save $30-$50 in the beginning, BUT DO NOT BUY ANY TICKET FROM THEM, they have every clause out there to rip you off of the savings you had buying ticket from their site. Warning! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. As soon as you buy, you will end up paying upto $250 to cancel it even if you want to cancel it after a minute of buying - It is unfair business practice.
5) Nightmare trying to get a hold of customer service. Wasted entire day trying to get a hold of them and the one I was able to speak to was based off of India and she wasn't able to assist and mentioned that they are not allowed to connect you to their supervisors. YOU CANNOT TALK TO SUPERVISOR. The entire business model is a fraud.
6) If possible, I would give them - (negative) ratings. Use priceline or other third party booking sites but never OOJO
7) Customer service representative is always from Philippines fish market ( as I always heard background from fish market), mostly the lady with thick accent. She threatens not to help and curse a lot.
