This is a fraud company, i have purchased wholesale tea with them recently, there were 2 quantities Silver needle & Jasmine green tea. They have only sent Jasmine Green Tea, Silver needle was not sent from there side. On further inquiring with them they refused to pay back us & hey haven't accepted heir fault.
Please do not buy them any product from Vicony tea.

We sell by wholesale worldwide for more than 10 years and have many customers overseas. We own a good reputation among our customers and we cherish it. All the records we found about your order supported the fact that we didn't send by short. We doubted it was missing when the parcel entered your country. We are glad to work with you to solve the problem but it is really a pity and unfair to throw such a bad review on us. Claiming we were a fraud company is a slander. Pls be honest!
