Before undertaking they showed us sites that would be indicative of our build. What we received was a site that did not scale properly - the software used was not licensed and they were using stolen themes off free theme websites ( found this out by hiring another developer) and so many errors - not understanding what was conveyed. Big waste of $1,400 and lots of our time assembling the content.

Thought the price was too good to be true.

We closed our account and kept getting charges taken out, now we cannot get them to put money back although we did get email telling us it will take about 3 WEEKS never happened so have to report Fraud on Visa to sort it.
