If only that here were no stars to tell people the dangers of using MYUS.
Like most things until you have a problem you don't know how good or bad the service provider is and boy is MYUS at the top of the bad list.
I had several hundred dollars of tools sent to my address there except I got the suite no wrong everything else was correct including my name and there was a full invoice. After 2 weeks wondering where the items are I find they have received them at their Dock. I contact them twice note you cannot call MYUS that eats into their profits too much and would give the impression they care oh and the chat service they advertise on their website well you never will get directed to a service representative.
So after two emails including the sellers name the USPS TRACKING NO guess what I get an email back which says please provide the tracking no proof of delivery plus full sellers invoice and we will see what we can do.
Now they already have the tracking no which gives POD. I spend a LOT of money with these guys in the last year so if this is the concern they show when they have something one of their customers have paid for what will they do with your stuff,. Would you trust them.
